Shipping & Pickup Service 

- Free delivery for Greater Vancouver (Order amount on or above CAD$1000)

- Pick-up from designated location 

Local Free Delivery (order amount CAD$1000* or above)

- This delivery service only available to the address located in Greater Vancouver Area, B.C, Canada.

- The deliveries are made within _ to working days.

- Delivery schedule: Monday to Friday: 10:00 to 19:00 (No delivery service available on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.)

- Orders are delivered into the entryway of your household

- Signature required.

- You will receive a call on the day of the expected delivery.

*All order amounts listed above are calculated after discounts and in CAD$ currency.

Pick-up from the designated location

- Customer can pick up the order from the location below:

Working Hours: 9:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday) 

- Pick-up notification will be sent to registered email when the order is ready-to-collect.

- Order confirmation will not be considered as order pick-up notification. 

Delivery Instructions 

1. Please ensure that the Canada telephone number (+1) you provided can be called.

2. To protect your rights, all orders must be signed for on delivery.

3. If orders are returned to us due to reasons such as incorrect addresses, hotel addresses, or failed delivery attempts, we can re-deliver the orders that have been returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed once. However, if we failed to re-deliver the order, customers need to pick-up it from the designated location. 

4. The personal data collected will be transmitted to our logistics service provider or supplier and used for delivery purposes only.
